At sathsafar, privacy is our priority. We are committed to safeguarding personal and merchant information, complying with regulations, and protecting sensitive user authentication data. This privacy document details how we handle KYC and Face Validation login information.
1. Information We Collect
To provide API Hub services, we collect:
- KYC Documents: PAN cards, Aadhaar card numbers, DigiLocker verified profiles (used strictly for compliance matching).
- Registration Metadata: Mobile numbers, emails, domain names, server IP addresses.
- Face Validation Data: Face scan photos (captured strictly via secure mobile QR links for account login verification).
- Active Sessions Log: IP addresses, browser agents, and timestamps of log-ins.
2. Use of Face Validation Face Photos
Your face capture image is used *only* for verifying your login identity when a new device or suspicious location access is detected. Face Validation security scans only the user's face to verify if the user is real or not. This is not a biometric scan.
- Face Validation signatures are encoded and stored in local secure servers with restricted access.
- The image is processed client-side via WebGL or server-side via sandboxed vision comparisons to authenticate logins.
- We do not share face validation data with advertising networks or third-party brokers.
3. DigiLocker KYC Consent
Partner account onboarding uses UIDAI-compliant DigiLocker flow. We do not download or store your complete profile data without active consent, and we do not retain face validation logs of verification requests unless required by government regulations for compliance tracking.
4. Data Protection & Storage
All connection streams and API payloads are encrypted in transit using industry-standard TLS 1.3 encryption. Your data is stored on secure databases located within India, in strict alignment with regional digital protection acts.
5. Deletion & Access Requests
