Welcome to sathsafar. By accessing our platform, using our REST APIs, or registering as an API partner, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.
1. Account Registration & Face Validation Security
To use our services, you must create a partner account. Face Validation security scans only the user's face to verify if the user is real or not. This is not a biometric scan. You agree to:
- Provide accurate, verified PAN and Aadhaar KYC details through our DigiLocker verification module.
- Register your face validation face profile during first-time login for security.
- Maintain the secrecy of your login password and API credentials. You are responsible for all actions taken on your account.
2. API Fair Usage & Restrictions
You are granted a limited, revocable, non-exclusive license to consume our API endpoints. You agree NOT to:
- Perform denial-of-service (DoS) attacks or query floodings.
- Utilize credentials of other partners or bypass whitelists.
- Access the APIs for fraudulent, illegal, or anti-national transactions. Any violation will result in immediate account termination.
3. Wallet Balance & Charges
All API calls are debited from your partner wallet balance based on the active plan rate.
- Wallet balances do not accrue interest and cannot be transferred to other users.
- In case of insufficient wallet balance, API requests will be auto-rejected with response code 403.
4. Terminations & Device Ban
We reserve the right to suspend or block accounts that violate security guidelines. If multiple unauthorized logins fail face validation face matching verification, the firewall will automatically block the requesting IP address and restrict access.
5. Limitation of Liability
sathsafar is an API routing platform. We are not responsible for downtimes, API provider delays, or losses incurred due to connection failures from third-party networks (like NSDL or UIDAI).
